What we do with your details
Short version: we store what you type into the pilot form, use it only to contact you about the pilot programme, and delete it when you ask.
What we collect
- The fields you submit in the pilot form: name, role, company, work email, country, number of machines, machine brands, PV and tariff answers, main pain, your message, and the time of submission.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no trackers. Fonts are served from this server; no third-party requests are made when you load the page.
Why and on what basis
We use your details only to reply to your application and to discuss the pilot programme with you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox and can withdraw at any time.
Where it is stored and for how long
On our own server in the EU, in a database that only the founders can access. We do not sell or share it. We delete your details on request, or 12 months after your last contact with us if no pilot starts.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data, and you can complain to your national data protection authority. Use the form on the home page.
